Pumpkin or Squash Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin or squash
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Fancy Molasses
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and beat together with an egg beater. Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
  2. Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes, then at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold garnished with whipped cream.
